In addition, travel distances are also reduced in the interests of sustainability. Sustainable building Sustainability is of enormous importance to Altatec. In addition to its social commitment in the region, the company has been exemplary in environmental matters for many years. For example, the current extension is aiming for the gold certificate of the German Association for Sustainable Building (DGNB). The DGNB certification system is considered the most advanced in the world and is recognized as an international benchmark for sustainability. "We feel obliged to consider all aspects of sustainability equally. Social conduct and environmental responsibility are particularly close to our hearts," says Daniel Balduf, Managing Director of ALTATEC GmbH. "It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and safe at their workplace. We therefore involved them in the construction project at an early stage and took their wishes into account in terms of planning. This allows us to set the right course right from the beginning and promote sustainability in every aspect."
